We are delighted to confirm that Heathrow Airport Limited retained the Biodiversity Benchmark for 2011/12. This award recognises the hard work that James Webster, Biodiversity and Landscape Manager and his team, along with the ranger service has put in towards improving the environment in and around Heathrow. The award covers both the pollution control system sites as well as areas of land managed for public access under planning agreements. The work has been delivered through a mixture of contractors, team building events and volunteer days. Thanks to everyone involved in delivering this success.
