Heathrow taxiway verge reinstatement proceeds

JS Agriculture Ltd carried out reinstatement of various grass islands adjacent to the Bravo South taxiway at Heathrow airport toward the end of 2011. The works were carried out with the assistance of AOSU and ATC who organised the appropriate Taxiway closures prior to the runway alternation periods. Old netting and battening was lifted prior to rotovating and re-seeding followed by the laying of new pins and battens. These works were carried out post taxiway widening and strengthening for the A380 Airbus.
