The event held in JSA’s Head Office village was an opportunity for all the staff from every location (some of which had never met) to get together along with the JSA Senior Management. The day was put together by David Mulholland with the intention of involving all staff to develop a culture at JSA that will enable team members to deliver a consistently amazing customer experience both internally and externally.
The event chaired and hosted by Geoff Langston from Arizon also had guest speakers which included our Health and Safety Consultant – Paul Elcoat.
The day started with John, the MD introducing the history of JSA from Concept to present day and then went on to discuss personal values, table discussions, customer services and customer values. (Not to mention Health and Safety in light of Paul’s presence).
Excellent feedback and ideas from all staff helped make the day a success with further events being looked into.
